2. Booking Platform
Accommodation bookings are made through the integrated Kross Booking booking engine, a PMS software for tourist accommodation management.
The booking engine always displays:
Availability
Prices
Rate types
Cancellation policies
Amounts to be paid and advance payments
All information shown during the booking process forms part of the contract between the guest and the accommodation manager.
3. Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the reservation of stays in tourist accommodations managed by Cadizz Gestión Vacacional, for specific dates and under the conditions selected by the guest.
By completing a reservation, the guest expressly accepts these terms and conditions, as well as the specific conditions of the selected rate.
4. Booking Process
The booking process is carried out online and includes:
Selection of the accommodation, dates, and number of guests
Selection of the available rate shown in the Kross Booking booking engine
Review of the booking summary (price, conditions, and cancellation policy)
Payment confirmation, either full or partial, depending on the selected rate
Once the process is completed, the guest will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.
5. Prices and Payment Method
Prices shown are those displayed in the booking engine and are expressed in euros (€).
The final price includes accommodation and the associated services indicated during the booking process, such as cleaning or management fees.
The system may request an advance payment or the total amount, depending on the selected rate.
Cadizz Gestión Vacacional is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the guest during the booking process.
6. Cancellation and Modification Policy
🔹 Cancellations
The cancellation policy depends exclusively on the rate selected at the time of booking through the Kross Booking engine.
Each accommodation may offer:
Non-refundable rates
Standard rates with free cancellation up to a specific date
Partially refundable rates
The specific conditions of each rate are clearly displayed before confirming the reservation and are expressly accepted by the guest.
🔹 Modifications
Requests to modify dates, number of guests, or other aspects are subject to availability and may result in price changes.
Acceptance of modification requests made shortly before the check-in date is not guaranteed.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tourist accommodation contracts with specific dates or periods of performance.
8. Use of the Accommodation
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests registered in the reservation.
Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.
The guest agrees to respect the accommodation rules and neighborhood coexistence.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay, without the right to a refund.
9. Check-in, Guest Registration, and Security Deposit
The guest must complete the online check-in process and register all guests in accordance with current legal regulations.
During this process, a bank card may be requested as a security deposit, depending on the accommodation.
Failure to complete the registration process may prevent access to the accommodation.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Cádiz, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
